RETURN POLICY

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. You may return new, unused items sold by Flow-active within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• All garments must be unwashed and unworn.

• Items should be returned in their original product packaging (including all tags).

• Proof of payment must accompany the garments at time of return.

• Shipping costs are not refunded.

• Sale items may not be returned.

If your package arrives at Flow-active within the 14-day timeline as per the specifications above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
