«Tencel» is a 100% natural fibre extracted from eucalyptus wood, originating from ecological and sustainable plantations.
The plant grows in poor soil that would be unusable for crop cultivation. It needs very little water and grows rapidly, without chemicals or genetic modification. The procedure for producing the fibre respects the environment at all levels. The products used for its transformation are up to 99.7% recyclable.
The fabric absorbs humidity and prevents the formation of bacteria. It is extremely soft and is suitable for sensitive skin. We appreciate its suppleness and lovely silky feel.

RETURN POLICY
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. You may return new, unused items sold by Flow-active within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

If your package arrives at Flow-active within the 14-day timeline as per the specifications above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
